It all starts with a Client-Admore Exhibits workshop the purpose of which is to establish clear objectives for the exhibit program.
These objectives then drive the scenario of events that must occur in the exhibit in order to accomplish the objectives.
This scenario, in turn, drives the design of the exhibit as well as the training for the exhibit staff and the design of exhibit related collateral.
It all comes together at the show where meetings and observation begin to ascertain the success of the various elements.
Post show measurement via polling and lead tracking will then complete the picture. As an on-going process this approach will guarantee a constantly improving program.
