• It all starts with a Client-Admore Exhibits workshop the purpose of which is to establish clear objectives for the exhibit program.

• These objectives then drive the scenario of events that must occur in the exhibit in order to accomplish the objectives.

• This scenario, in turn, drives the design of the exhibit as well as the training for the exhibit staff and the design of exhibit related collateral.

• It all comes together at the show where meetings and observation begin to ascertain the success of the various elements.

• Post show measurement via polling and lead tracking will then complete the picture. As an on-going process this approach will guarantee a constantly improving program.
